I paid by bank transfer but my account is not active yet?

Please allow up to 3 working days for your payment to clear and your account to be activated.

Often when people pay by EFT/bank they do not identify themselves and we have no way of knowing who the payment is from.

Please take a look at your online bank statement and using the link above right, send us a message letting us know the date you paid, the words you used as a reference, your bank name and how you paid - was it cash over the counter at a bank or your online banking facility.
