Can a home owner have more than one listing?

Yes you can have more than one listing as long as the dates are different. On your ‘Dashboard’ page click the ‘Create new listing’ button then choose whether to compose one from scratch or use an existing ad as a template. If you use an existing ad, you will only need to change the dates; everything else will be the same.
