Do all sitters have a police check?
We don't require that house sitters have a police check to be able to join Mindahome and not all of them have them. It's up to homeowners, when they are assessing applicants, to request to see the applicants police check. Also, if the sitter has not been with us long enough to have reviews from other Mindahome home owners showing on their profile page, the homeowner needs to request to see any external written references they have and also ask for the phone number of the person that wrote them so that they can ring and talk to them.
