• How can I send a message to many members at once?

  You can send the same message to many members from your 'Messages' page. On your 'Messages' page tick the box on the left of each conversation listed there and then scroll to the bottom of the page to compose and send your message.

• Do messages I send have a link to my ad or profile?

  Yes they do. All message notifications received by the members have a link to both the sender and receivers publicly visible ad or profile.

• How do I find out when my membership renewal is due?

  You can see this in your Mindahome control panel. Click your name near the top right of the website then in the menu that appears click 'My control panel'. The information is shown beneath the heading 'House Sitter Membership'.

• If I unpublish my ad will I still be able to send messages to sitters?

  You can unpublish your ad and still be able to communicate with the sitters you have had a conversation with from the 'Messages' section of your members control panel. However you do need an active published ad to be able to contact sitters from ...

• How can I suspend my membership?

  I'm sorry we don't suspend memberships but you can unpublish your 'Public profile' which will take you out of circulation however your membership will still come up for renewal at the end of the 12 months.
