We do not have an automatically renewing payment system. 30 days before the end of your 12 months membership, an invoice is automatically generated and you are sent a renewal reminder. If not paid your account will expire and go dormant and you will no longer be able to contact homeowners although everything else will be as normal. If you pay the invoice before expiry you will receive a $10 discount.  If your account expires and you decide to rejoin at any time afterwards, all you need to do is login and pay the invoice in your control panel and your next 12 months active membership will start from the date you make the payment.
