Does membership automatically renew?

We do not have an automatically renewing payment system. 30 days before the end of your 12 months membership, an invoice is automatically generated and you are sent a renewal reminder. If not paid your account will expire and go dormant and you will no longer be able to contact homeowners although everything else will be as normal. If you pay the invoice before expiry you get a bonus months membership - 13 months instead of 12. If your account expires and you decide to rejoin at any time afterwards, all you need to do is login and pay the invoice in your control panel and your next 12 months active membership will start from the date you make the payment.

        You can see this in your Mindahome control panel. Click your name near the top right of the website then in the menu that appears click 'My control panel'. The information is shown beneath the heading 'House Sitter Membership'.
