I'm a home owner, how do I review my sitter?
As long as you clicked the green “Invite sitter to accept” button beneath the messages in your conversation with your chosen sitter on your Messages page and the sitter clicked the “Accept” button, when a position starts, a “Leave a review” button is shown beneath the messages of both your conversations as well as on your Dashboard page so that you can review each other. Instructions for this process are at the top of your 'Reviews' page and on your 'How to' page in your Mindahome control panel. If the invite/accept procedure wasn't followed, please let me know who the sitter is so the 'Leave a review' button can be added manually?
