How do I appoint my sitter & unpublish my ad?
You need to complete the sitter appointment process. When you do your ad will automatically be unpublished. To appoint your sitter, you need to:
- login to the Mindahome website
- go to your ‘Messages’ page
- click on the conversation you have been having with your sitter
- click the 'Invite sitter to accept' button found beneath the messages.
Your sitter will then click the ‘Accept’ button that will appear at the bottom of their conversation with you. This confirms the appointment on our system and unpublishes your ad.
