How do I archive conversations?

On your Messages page in your Mindahome control panel, tick the boxes on the left of the conversations you want to archive. When you do a link will appear below the list of conversations. Click the link to archive the selected conversations. See image below.

If you don't see the tick boxes on the left, it may be because you are using a mobile phone and you have enlarged the text. If so you will need to reduce the text size on your phone to be able to archive conversations.
