I am having login problems

If you can't login, it may be the the auto fill feature of your web browser is inserting the wrong email address or password into the log in form. Please remove whatever your browser is pre-filling in the login form and type them in from new. If that doesn't work, other options are to use a different web browser or a different device such as a PC, laptop, tablet or phone.

If you still have issues you can arrange for an email to be sent to you to be able to reset your password. But before you do that, in your email client, please add our notifications email address to your email 'Contacts" list - notices@mindahome.com.au - and add our domain name - mindahome.com.au - to your safe senders list. When that's done, go back to the Mindahome login form and click the 'Cannot login' link. When you do an option to reset your password will appear. Please use it to reset your password.
