I cannot contact a home owner from their ad page

If you visit a home owners ad page and can't see how to send them a message, there are four possible reasons for this.

  1. You are not logged in.
  2. You do not have a Premium home owner membership.
  3. You have a Premium home owner membership but you don't have a published ad
  4. You visited the page from a link in our morning 'Latest positions' email but they have chosen a sitter or unpublished their ad. There will be a notice at the top of the page saying the owners are no longer accepting applicants.
