The Mindahome app isn't working. What can I do?

To resolve issues with the app not receiving notifications, not loading, not opening or freezing, you need to clear the app data and cache. There are instructions below for both iPhone/iPad and Android. This will only delete any notices you currently have on the app and will not delete any account data.

For iPhone/iPad:
  1. Tap on your phones 'Settings' icon then choose 'General'
  2. Tap on 'iPhone Storage'. All apps will be listed.
  3. Scroll down to the apps starting with 'M' and tap on the Mindahome app.
  4. On the 'Storage' page, click the 'Offload" option.
  5. Re-install the app from here: https://apps.apple.com/au/app/mindahome/id1520392275

For Android:
  1. Tap on your phones 'Settings' app.
  2. Scroll all the way down to 'Apps' and tap on it.
  3. Scroll all the way down to the apps starting with 'M' and tap on the Mindahome app.
  4. Tap on 'Storage'.
  5.  On the 'Storage' page, scroll to the bottom and tap on 'Clear data' and 'Clear cache'.
If you still have issues please uninstall the app then re-install it from here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=au.com.mindahome then follow the above procedure again if necessary.
