Only the main account holder needs to be verified and the name and address on your Mindahome account details page must match the details on the ID document you use to perform the check.

During the verification process your photo on your ID document, drivers licence or passport, is matched to a selfie you will take, so a smartphone is required, although you can start the process on a tablet, laptop or PC if you wish.

The check only takes a few minutes and you will know the results within minutes of completing the check. It will show on your dashboard page and you will also receive an email confirmation. An 'ID verified' badge will also be shown on the public view of your profile.

To perform the check you will need a driver's licence or passport (from any country) or you can use any official document which has your photo such as a government issued ID card.
