How can I find out when my membership expires?
Home owners memberships do not expire. It remains dormant when they do not have an active ad but becomes active when they submit a new ad.
For house sitters - You can see the expiry information (Paid until) on your 'Control panel/Dashboard' page. When logged in click your name near the top right of the site and then click 'My control panel' in the menu that appears.

To cancel or delete your account you need to login to the Mindahome website, go to 'Your account' page and scroll down to the bottom where you will find the 'Delete account' button.

You can see this in your Mindahome control panel. Click your name near the top right of the website then in the menu that appears click 'My control panel'. The information is shown beneath the heading 'House Sitter Membership'.
How can I suspend my membership?
I'm sorry we don't suspend memberships but you can unpublish your 'Public profile' which will take you out of circulation however your membership will still come up for renewal at the end of the 12 months.
