Who pays Utilities such as Gas and Electricity or Internet?
For a short stay often the home owner will not expect the house sitter to pay for Gas and Electricity. However for longer periods it's quite reasonable for sitters to pay for the utilities they use. These costs should be negotiated between both parties prior to commencement of the job.
