All you need do is pay the invoice that's showing in your Mindahome control panel and your next 12 months membership will start from the date you make the payment.

The new membership period will start from the date you pay invoice, not when your old membership expired so you will get a full 12 months from date of payment.
I'm sorry we don't suspend memberships but you can unpublish your 'Public profile' which will take you out of circulation however your membership will still come up for renewal at the end of the 12 months.
To cancel or delete your account you need to login to the Mindahome website, go to 'Your account' page and scroll down to the bottom where you will find the 'Delete account' button.
